My sweet home - Fourth Month

Hey there are many new things for me in this month...

Firstly, I have travelled to my papa's place by train. Papa is awake all the night.... His series of nightouts started :-)

Secondly, the new place looked interesting to me...and I like to watch the things around me. I started living in a city... which is very different from the grandpa's place (which is a villege). My grandma (paternal) and attayya (paternal) were so excited to play with me.

Thirdly, I started rolling over... :-) It was so difficult for me... yet i try so many times and successful sometimes.

Fourth one... I got a new strolly.... My grandma put me in the strolly(for the first time). I loved it so much, as i can go for mid-day walks in the strolly. But while I go out, I am excited to see the things around... but i feel so sleepy and i would sleep in no-time, and so this has become a cradle for me.

Smiling and Cooing - My Third Month

I started this month with smiling and cooing at the things around me. If someone speaks with me, i reply to them with my smile and cooing sounds. I like some one to be speaking with me always.I started making conversations with the cooing language which I am practicing most of my time this month.
In the second week of this month, I attended my pinni's wedding at Annavaram. Every one want to take me into their hands, and if they speak with me I will reply to them with lot of enthusiasm. My pinni and babai want me to treat them like my girl friend and boy friend. I thorougly enjoyed my first trip, but with some cold.
Last week of this month is quite painful, as I suffered from severe cold and cough and I visited hospital a couple of times. I also had another vaccination which was quite painful for a couple of days.

Wondering about the world - My Second Month

I can now show my muscels confidently. I started liking various sounds & things around me, some would make me smile as well. I would turn my face in the direction of the sound.

Do you know what is my favourite sound: Crows "Kaa Kaa" in the morning to wake me up. I hated the crows sound initially, but slowly i started liking it and I would smile continuously till they stop making sound.

Do you know which sound makes me cry... my mom's voice. When I see her and listen her tone, I will immediately feel hungry and I will start crying.

Do you know, who takes most of my snaps... My Papa. He visited me a couple of times and brought got lot of gifts to me and my mom. When he visits me, he plays with me day and night and takes lot of snaps. He will make lot of sounds to make me smile.

Do you know who has taken most of the night outs to play with me this month... My grand pa. I think he will sleep in his school :-). He brought me my first toy which makes sound.

I had my 6th week vaccination this month and that made me cry through out the day and night. I got fever as well. Thank God, the pain lasted only for a day.

I am Named Aryan - Naming Ceremony

My naming ceremony on my 21st day. Magha nakshtra ooja happened in the morning and the naming ceremony is celebrated in the evening. I am awake for some time during the ceremony and I was smiling for some time. I am named Aryan, and my atthayya put me in the credile. I like to sleep in it and of course I like the evening rides with my thatha garu. I got lot of gifts - dresses, jewelery etc.

Sleeping Prince - My First Month

I weighed 3.5 Kg when I was born but still pose a lanky look just like my papa. I took vaccination for BCG this month. I don't need any reason to smile at, but I always love to do it on my own. Everyone like to see me with my priceless half smile, and a million dollar full smile. Wanna take my smiley pic, try... if you can.


I am very happy while having milk and I play the most during that time by taking short breaks and keeping my mom waiting. My usual pose is to show muscles, just like a wrestler. I still catch the attention of all although I hardly have any muscles to show. Mom and dad say that I am in the same pose when I was in my mom's womb.

BTW, Can you sleep for more than 22 hours... you know, I can. I want to sleep all the time, especially during the day time. I won't even open my eyes though I have to cry for milk. Almost every one in my family - my parents, pinni, atthayya, mama and grand parents had night outs to entertain me during night time, mama being the most.

I stayed at my maternal grand parents place and was living with them, mama and ofcourse with my dearest mom. Papa used most of his leaves to spend with me and also brought me my first cradle cum 4 wheeler. I like evening rides in it with my Grand Pa.

We celebrated my first Ganesh Chaturthi in this month, and i was very actively participated in the pooja ;)


My naming ceremony happened on my 21st day - I will tell that story in my next post.

I'm the nine months wonder - My first day

24 July 2009, the day when A for Apple has been changed to A for Aryan for my parents.

I came into this funny world on that day at 4:10 AM. Do you know why i choose this day:
It is exactly two and half years from my parents marriage date.
It is the next day of my Mama's birth day.
It is the first Friday in Sravana Masam (considered to be an auspicious day).
And of course, it just crossed the biggest solar eclipse of the century.

My first reaction in this new world is a long n loud cry... attracting everyone towards me. Mom, Mama and grand parents are present at that time. Every one is so much excited about me, especially my mama as he is the first one to take me into his hands(in my family).

My dearest papa, started his journey to reach me as fast as he can by traveling the shortest distance in longest possible way. He reached almost at the mid of the day with loads of happiness.

I had my first vaccination on this day for Hepatitis-B and OPV. On my first day I taught my mom, how to sleep for long hours :) Yeah!! we called it a day... Me n Mom were sleeping most of the day.
